8 classes for $78 or 16 classes for $150

When you purchase multiple classes you can try any of the FITNESS OR YOGA classes. Just like a punch card only we’ll keep track of it for you.

Tuesday

6:30-7:30am Morning Yoga Flow with Laura                 Adapt your practice to your body and wake it up with gentle flow of classic sun salutations. All levels are welcome to explore what Yoga can do for your body and mind.

8:45-9:45am Energy Flow Yoga with Laura                     Use both strength and flexibility to help energize your mind and body. Breath through spinal twists and low lunges that will awaken your body and get you set for your day. All levels welcome with prop adaptations. 

5:15-6:15pm Vinyasa Yoga Flow with Malina                 Pass through Sun Salutations and  balance poses that focus on your spine, core, and hips. Learn poses that allow your muscles to release tension and pain.  All levels welcome.

6:30-7:30pm Yoga Release with Malina                        Reset your body after a long day of stress and running around.  Bring your day to a close with a gentle flow of poses that allow your body and mind to recharge.  All levels welcome.

After dancing since she was three years old, Ashlee’s yoga journey began in 2013 as she found a new passion after graduating from a competitive dance team. Yoga found Ashlee her freshman year of college after attending classes as a local yoga studio. After a year of finding her daily practice, she began her teacher training and instructing at her University’s Rec and Wellness Center. Since then, she has worked with specialty groups of yogi’s such as a college football team, toddlers, children, teens, cheerleading and dance teams. Her classes are individualized and crafted to support each student, as no two yogi’s are the same! Ashlee recently graduated with a degree in Early Childhood and Special Education, and will be teaching 4K in the Fall.

I was born and raised in East Troy, I recently moved back to my hometown. I am a 200 hr certified yoga instructor. My style of yoga most resembles Vinyasa yoga which combines breath with movement and postures. What I love about yoga is that anyone can practice yoga it is about finding the right body modifications to promote correct body alignment and injury prevention in your personal practice. I look forward to sharing my practice with you!
