All classes are $10/class

8 classes for $78 or 16 classes for $150

When you purchase multiple classes you can try any of the FITNESS OR YOGA classes. Just like a punch card only we’ll keep track of it for you.

Tuesday

6:30-7:30am Morning Yoga Flow with Laura                 Adapt your practice to your body and wake it up with gentle flow of classic sun salutations. All levels are welcome to explore what Yoga can do for your body and mind.

8:45-9:45am Energy Flow Yoga with Laura                     Use both strength and flexibility to help energize your mind and body. Breath through spinal twists and low lunges that will awaken your body and get you set for your day. All levels welcome with prop adaptations. 

5:15-6:15pm Vinyasa Yoga Flow with Malina        Located at 810 Swan Dr.                                                Pass through Sun Salutations and  balance poses that focus on your spine, core, and hips. Learn poses that allow your muscles to release tension and pain.  All levels welcome.

6:30-7:30pm Yoga Release with Malina                              Located at 810 Swan Dr.                                                Reset your body after a long day of stress and running around.  Bring your day to a close with a gentle flow of poses that allow your body and mind to recharge.  All levels welcome.

Yoga Instructor

Malina was born and raised in West Michigan and recently moved to Mukwonago. She has fallen madly in love with with living here and is beyond thrilled to be able to share her practice in this beautiful community. Being a certified yoga instructor has been a dream come true. Yoga came into her life when she was in High School and has been a part of her ever since. To Malina, yoga is a way to cultivate stillness and balance in life. Her goal is to share the power of yoga so others can live happier, more radiant lives.

Laura was born and raised in East Troy and recently moved back to her hometown. She is a 200 hr certified yoga instructor. Laura’s style of yoga most resembles Vinyasa yoga which combines breath with movement and postures.  She believes yoga is for anyone and everyone. She loves to helping others find the right body modifications to promote correct body alignment and injury prevention. She looks forward to sharing my practice with you!
