Yoga

All new classes will begin June 9th.

 

All classes are $10/class
OR
8 classes for $78 or 16 classes for $150

When you purchase multiple classes you can try any of the FITNESS OR YOGA classes. Just like a punch card only we’ll keep track of it for you.

Classes will be limited to 10 adults/class.  Please bring your own Yoga mat to each fitness class.  No blocks or props will be used at this time in Yoga.

Monday

6:30-7:30am Gentle Flow Yoga with Malina    Release tension in both your body and mind. Breath through spinal twists and low lunges that will start your day with a fresh breath and new perspective on your body.  All levels welcome. 

Tuesday

5:15-6:15pm Energy Flow Yoga with Ashelee    Reset your body after a long day of stress and running around. Bring your day to a close with a gentle flow of sun salutations that allow your body and mind to recharge. All levels welcome with prop adaptations.

Wednesday

6:45-7:45pm Vinyasa Yoga Flow with Malina  Pass through Sun Salutations and  balance poses that focus on your spine, core, and hips. Learn poses that allow your muscles to release tension and pain.  All levels welcome.

Thursday

7:00-8:00pm Barre with Stephanie    Full body, low/no impact workout.  Utilize body weight moves inspired by ballet exercises to strengthen and stretch the body.  No experience required.  

Friday 

6:30-7:30am Energy Flow Yoga with Malina    Awaken your body with a gentle flow of sun salutations that revive your mind and body.  Hold poses to allow strength to flow into your muscles and bring great focus to the mind.  All levels welcome with prop adaptations. 

Saturday

7:30-8:30am Power Flow Yoga with Malina     Get your workout in with a powerful, fast flow of yoga poses and salutations.  Challenge your body with strength and flexibility.  

9:00-10:00am Teen Yoga with Malina     Help your teen bring more focus and mindfulness to their weekly routine.  This class is created to help teens reset their minds and bodies after a long week of school and extra curricular activities.

Malina was born and raised in West Michigan and recently moved to Mukwonago. She has fallen madly in love with with living here and is beyond thrilled to be able to share her practice in this beautiful community. Being a certified yoga instructor has been a dream come true. Yoga came into her life when she was in High School and has been a part of her ever since. To Malina, yoga is a way to cultivate stillness and balance in life. Her goal is to share the power of yoga so others can live happier, more radiant lives.

Ashlee has been a certified yoga instructor for 5 years and has lead classes for a variety of groups such as climbers, dancers, children, and even a college football team. Her full-time job is teaching pre-school where she loves to incorporate mindfulness, breathing, and asanas with her students.  She enjoys spending her time with family either biking, climbing, skiing or hanging out at the beach.

Laura was born and raised in East Troy and recently moved back to her hometown. She is a 200 hr certified yoga instructor. Laura’s style of yoga most resembles Vinyasa yoga which combines breath with movement and postures.  She believes yoga is for anyone and everyone. She loves to helping others find the right body modifications to promote correct body alignment and injury prevention. She looks forward to sharing my practice with you!
