All classes are $10/class
8 classes for $78 or 16 classes for $150
When you purchase multiple classes you can try any of the FITNESS OR YOGA classes. Just like a punch card only we’ll keep track of it for you.
Classes will be limited to 10 adults/class. Please bring your own Yoga mat to each fitness class. No blocks or props will be used at this time in Yoga.

Malina was born and raised in West Michigan and recently moved to Mukwonago. She has fallen madly in love with with living here and is beyond thrilled to be able to share her practice in this beautiful community. Being a certified yoga instructor has been a dream come true. Yoga came into her life when she was in High School and has been a part of her ever since. To Malina, yoga is a way to cultivate stillness and balance in life. Her goal is to share the power of yoga so others can live happier, more radiant lives.
Ashlee has been a certified yoga instructor for 5 years and has lead classes for a variety of groups such as climbers, dancers, children, and even a college football team. Her full-time job is teaching pre-school where she loves to incorporate mindfulness, breathing, and asanas with her students. She enjoys spending her time with family either biking, climbing, skiing or hanging out at the beach.
Laura was born and raised in East Troy and recently moved back to her hometown. She is a 200 hr certified yoga instructor. Laura’s style of yoga most resembles Vinyasa yoga which combines breath with movement and postures. She believes yoga is for anyone and everyone. She loves to helping others find the right body modifications to promote correct body alignment and injury prevention. She looks forward to sharing my practice with you!
