Happy New Year!
2023 is here! We are excited for all that is to come in the new year and can’t wait to see all our dancers back in the studio for classes starting January 3rd!
Valentines Collection
💘 Valentine's Day is next month! 💘
Like in years past, we are asking for your participation in making homemade valentines to give out to our local senior communities. Every year, we look for ways to give back to our community. We feel this is an important practice to teach our students, so that they may look for opportunities to provide random acts of kindness in the future.
We look forward to seeing all of your amazing artwork and thank you for putting a smile on someone's face this year.
We will be collecting Valentines until February 9th!
Recital Information

We are excited to announce that this year’s recital will be held at Mukwonago Performing Arts Center that is located at Mukwonago High School. Each dance class is assigned to perform in two separate recitals.
Studio Dress Rehearsal: Saturday, June 3rd
Time slots will be assigned at a later date.
The specific show dates and times are below.
June 8th | 6pm
June 9th | 6pm
June 10th | 10:00am | 12:30pm | 3pm | 5:30pm
June 11th | 10:30am

Daddy Daughter Dance
Sign up for the daddy/daughter dance will be open Monday, January 9th.
The daddy/daughter dance is an opportunity for a parent to participate in the recital with their child. If you are interested in participating, sign up will start on January 9th by emailing the dance studio.
Let us know the first and last names of both the dad and daughter and practice day preference, either Fridays at 4:00 pm or Saturdays at 10:30 am.
Before you sign up please make sure you are able to work with these requirements:
Practices will be on Fridays from 4:00-5:00 pm or Saturdays from 10:30-11:30 am.
If you have a preference of your practice day, or if you have any days with conflicts, please state those in your email.Practices will start February 10th and 11th.
The cost of daddy/daughter is $55.00 (regardless of the number of children you have dancing). We will add the cost to your parent portal. You can pay through the portal or at the dance studio.
* Daddy/daughter will be open to mother/son also. Please do not wait to sign up, as we do have a limited number of spaces.

Meet the snow queen herself, who can freeze things with her magical power!
All mini princesses will get to sing and dance with the snow queen & participate in activities. Snack and water will also be provided!
When: Saturday, January 28th | 2:00-4:00 PM
Where: Kay’s Academy of Dance
Cost to attend: (Ages 3 and up) 1 parent & 1 child - $35
Additional parent or child will be an extra $15
❄️ Parents are required to stay for the event.
Dancers In Motion
Our performance teams will be taking the floor at the Milwaukee Wave on Sunday, February 5th! Get your tickets now and come cheer on the dancers at halftime!
Mark Your Calendars!
Dancers in Motion will also be performing at the Milwaukee Bucks game on Sunday, April 2nd!
Adult Fitness Classes
Kay’s Academy of Dance offers adult dance and fitness classes that are FUN & geared toward ALL levels - beginners are welcome in all of our classes.
Our Yoga Flow 8 week session begins January 7th!
We can’t wait to see you in class! Drop-Ins welcome!
All Classes are $11 per class
8 Classes for $86
16 Classes for $165
When you purchase multiple classes you can try any of the FITNESS OR YOGA classes. Just like a punch card only we’ll keep track of it for you.
Please bring your own yoga mat to each fitness class.
Creative Movement Drop-In Class
Join us for some indoor fun!
Creative Movement is a perfect class to introduce your child (ages 2-4) to dance. Explore movement through music, songs, and props. This class will help children develop social skills, coordination, and balance.
Drop-In Classes
Wednesdays | 10:45-11:15 AM
Thursdays | 4:15-4:45 PM
Saturdays | 11:10-11:40 AM
You must register for this class, but will only pay for classes that you attend.
