Picture Day
Your dancer has been assigned a specific time to come to the studio for dress rehearsal. At that time, all classes will have a group photo taken by our professional photographer.
There will also be a photographer available to take individual photos. This will be on a first come, first serve basis. If you prefer to have your individual photos taken on a separate day, you may sign up for a specific time on Monday, June 5th beginning at 4pm. Please contact the studio to reserve your time.

Recital Tickets Now Available!
Starting May 1st, recital tickets are available for purchase at the studio. This year’s recital, Forces of Nature, will be held at the Mukwonago Performing Arts Center located at Mukwonago High School.
We can’t wait to see you all there!

We ♥️ recital season!
Costumes
Costumes will be coming home the week of May 8th - 13th. Please be sure your class & costume balance is paid so your dancer can bring their costume home.
Don’t forget to bring a plastic bag if it’s raining!
Wear Recital Costume to Last Dance Class
Mark your calendars! During your last dance class, dancers will wear their recital costumes. This gives the dancers an opportunity to practice & watch themselves with their costume on. It will also give the teachers an opportunity to fix any costume issues before the recital!

Summer Dance
Summer is almost here! Don’t forget to register for summer dance classes!
Each class meets twice a week for a 6-week session starting Monday, June 19th through Thursday, August 3rd. The summer dance showcase will be held on Friday, August 4th at Brooklife Church.
Studio will be closed July 3rd - 6th.
You must pre-register for all classes. NO registration fees. NO refunds.

Wear your pajamas, bring your favorite stuffed animal and join us at the studio to dance with friends!

Where: Kay’s Academy of Dance
Who: All ages are welcome! Adults are required to stay.

Dancers In Motion
Kay’s Academy of Dance is home to Dancers in Motion, which is a traveling dance company. Each year they perform at events such as Summerfest, State Fair, Great America as well as many other local events. Click here to learn more about our performance teams.
We’d like to wish our performance teams good luck! On May 21st, our Dancers in Motion AND Kids in Motion will be performing at Six Flags Great America.

Summer Barre Classes
Join us for our adult summer fitness barre classes! Barre is geared toward ALL levels - beginners are welcome in all of our classes!
Summer Barre will transition the week of June 19th. Classes will be Tuesday & Thursdays at 5:30-6:30 PM.
The studio will be closed July 3rd - 6th, no class will be held.
Classes are $11 and drop-ins are welcome!
Please bring your own yoga mat to each fitness class.
Summer Creative Movement Drop-In Class
Join us for some summer fun!
Creative Movement is a 30-minute drop-in class for children ages 2-4. This class will introduce your child to dance where they explore movement through music, songs, and props!
Summer Creative Movement class will transition the week of June 19th. No classes will be held July 3rd - 6th.
Mondays & Wednesdays: 10:15 - 10:45 am
Tuesdays & Thursdays: 4:45 - 5:15 pm
You must register for this class, but will only pay for classes that you attend.
Studio Closed Memorial Day Weekend
The studio will be closed Memorial Day weekend, as we remember and honor all those who gave their lives for our freedom.
No dance classes or yoga will be held on May 27th - May 29th.
